Gravity Conveyors

Gravity Conveyors are ideal for carrying light to medium weight packages in either temporary or permanent installations.

gravity-roller-conveyorGravity Roller Conveyor does come in various configurations, but the operating principal is the same.  A round tube (typically steel) is supported on a shaft (hex or round) by bearings (typically oil sealed).  The shaft is contained within formed or structural punched frames by either internal springs or retaining pins.  Roller conveyor is suitable for heavy loads.  Roller and shaft sizing is based on the intended application.  Custom or standard legs can be provided in various heights in either bolt-on or weld on configurations.

skatewheel-conveyorSkatewheel Conveyor does come in various configurations, but the operating principle is the same. A number of individual galvanized wheels are spaced accordingly on a round threaded shaft separated by galvanized spacers. The shaft is contained within formed punched frames by retaining nuts. Skatewheel conveyor is suitable for lighter loads that may require a temporary installation.  Galvanized & Painted Steel construction provides excellent durability for applications such as warehouse and the food delivery industry. Custom or standard legs can be provided in various heights in bolt-on configurations.

Numerous steel ball transfers are mounted in a variety of center to center locations onto a steel frame. Ball transfer tables allow complete freedom of movement of the product in all directions.
